SWING & FLIGHT 2009
AUBURN MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE. AUBURN, WA. Steel. 10' x 10' x 4'.
Reminiscent of many spiral patterns found in nature, this piece was inspired by the movement of the swing of a golf club. "Swing" and its companion piece, "Flight", are sited at the entrance to the new clubhouse and the first fairway. They have become iconic for Auburn and the Golf Course. Commissioned by Auburn Parks, Arts, & Recreation.
