WENATCHEE VALLEY COLLEGE. WENATCHEE, WA.
Aluminum, hand applied copper and aluminum leaf, pigment, sealers. 38' x 25' x 2'.

This 4-story interior wall sculpture is designed to activate and enliven the Mish ee twie Building at WVC. Inspired by lidar images of the Wenatchee River, the piece reflects flowing water and the geologic history of the Valley. The waterjet cut and metal-leafed aluminum “ribbons” undulate on the wall, flowing down the staircase and create movement across 3 floors. The hand-applied copper and aluminum leaf, creates a unique and interesting organic effect when experienced in-person.
